£6.08/hr - aged 21 and over
£4.98/hr - aged 18-20
£3.68/hr - aged 16-17
£2.60/hr - for apprentices under 19 or 19 or over and in the first year of their apprenticeship

Position Description:
To improve the search engine position and increase website traffic for Motive9 clients using onsite optimisation, offsite link building techniques and pay per click systems.

Major Areas of Responsibility

Improve Motive9 clients’ search engine positions and increase their traffic.
Increase the number of links to Motive9 clients’ websites.
Investigate and implement new areas where relevant links can be sought.
Optimise websites for search engines.
Increase ROI for pay per click clients
